Being jetlagged, we were hungry for something to eat at about 8am. We managed to communicate to the desk worker (spoke no English) to suggest a lunch spot. He called ahead to a place and wrote the name of the restaurant on a slip of paper (in Korean) and drew us a map. We followed the map and confirmed the name of the place by comparing the Korean on the sign and the slip of paper.
The cook spoke no English either but we ordered what we knew: Bi Bim Bap and Kimchee Chigae, a stew full of kimchee, pork, and blocks of tofu. The staff was very friendly though we couldn't communicate with them.
